Vintage Ladies Floral on Blue Maxi Dress by Mindy Malone, late 1970s – early 1980s, with smocked shoulders and cuffs and sweet heart neckline, fit and flare skirt, ties in the back, synthetic material. Size 13, Measures 57 inches from back of neck to bottom hem, 18 inches flat armpit to armpit, and 14 inch flat waist. In very good condition with no issues noted.
