Antique whole cloth quilt measuring 67 x 80 inches. Same wonderful 19th century white floral on red print is used on the front and the back. It is primitively machine quilted in black and white thread in an attempt at a medallion style motif. Edge is knife edge finish by machine. In very good condition, only minor bleeding. This quilt was part of Laura Fisher’s estate. Laura Fisher was a New York based world renowned quilt expert, dealer and author, and in offering these textiles for sale we hope to honor her legacy of style and scholarship.
