February Antique & Vintage Quilt Auction
Vintage c1940s, Double Wedding Ring, measuring 86×86 inches. This is just a quilt top with no batting, backing, or quilting. Consists of 9 large blocks creating interlocking rings, set straight, 3 by 3, with one muslin solid scalloped edge border. Interesting construction, the wedges are hand pieced, and then hand appliqued to the square ground. The blocks are then machine pieced. In very good condition, only minor discoloration and moisture marks noticed. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
