Vintage 1970s/80s Country Floral Dress with a ruffled neckline and black velvet ribbon. Measurements while laying flat are bust 16″, waist 14″, and 21″ long from waist to hem. A small tear at the side, otherwise good condition. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
