September Antique Quilt & Textile Auction
This quilt is a new quilt that was made probably in early 2000 with Reproduction Pillar Print fabric. It measures 81in x 106in. It is machine pieced and hand quilted in an overall clam shell motif. Very nicely made. Medium loft batting with white cotton reverse. Applied binding uses the same pillar print. It was made by Geneva Rankin Shows of Harrodsburg KY area and purchased from the estate of Virginia Weaver(Miss Nannie)Rankin and Geneva Rankin Shows.
