2 Vintage c1940s matelasse bedspreads with fringe. Spread #1 is a medallion style with Lilies in the center in a leaf frame, with an inner border of more lilies, flowers, and leaves, and a small overall iris outer border, measuring 84 x 88 inches, and in good condition with several large yellow stains. There is a number 62 on the top and bottom edges. Spread #2 measures 82 x 84 inches, it has a center burst of jonquils or similar flowers, an inner frame of more jonquil flowers, a frame of leaves, and an outer border of small 8 petal flowers. In good condition with minor storage discoloration and small spots, and the fringe has wear. These items are from the estate of Laura Fisher.
