Antique c1890s Courthouse Steps Quilt consisting of 144 blocks, set straight 12 by 12, each with a red center square. The melon colored squares were probably Congo Red which dates this quilt to 1890s. It is hand pieced on a foundation with batting, similar to what we consider Quilt As You Go, today. In poor condition with fading, spots, fabric wear in the borders, overall wear in the binding and holes. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Depending on how many lots we can pack, it may cost an additional $5. One quilt is $25, 2 quilts $30, 3 quilts $35 as long as they ship in the same box.
