Black Velvet Couture by Thierry Mugler, made in Paris, France, sold by Bergdorf Goodman, size 42. It has long sleeves, each with a split in the cuff, finished with a black rhinestone embellishment. Similarly, the neckline has a v split and finished with a like embellishment. Measures laying flat bust 18, waist 15, hips 18, 54" long from shoulder to hem.
