Vintage c1940 Broken Dishes Quilt Top in a Bars arrangement, measuring 71×79″. Bars of Broken Dishes are 9.5″ wide with alternating print strips of fabric 6.5″ wide. It is machine pieced. It is just a top with no batting, backing or quilting. In very good condition with just a few small spots. This quilt top is part of the Living Estate of widely respected Sharon Stark of Sharon’s Antiques Vintage Fabrics and Textiles of Eastern PA. She was an author and long time collector and dealer of antique quilts, fabrics and textiles. Sharon is the authority on Feedsacks, and you may remember her Rickrack website.
