Vintage c1950 Sun Bonnet Sue Quilt measuring 73"x74". Comprised of 16 blocks measuring about 5"x15" set straight 4×4 with a 7" white border. It is machine pieced, hand appliqued, hand embroidered and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with a red applied bias binding. While the workmanship is primitive, it is quite charming. In good condition with a few small spots and the yellow in the butterfly is bleeding. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
