Possibly cotton and rayon. Minor small holes along top from being previously hung. Along with Early to mid 20th Century Velvet Tapestry of Peacock and swan. Measures 23 inches by 40 inches. In fair condition. A couple of small spots and some fringe loss. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate.
