Vintage 1940s Linen and Filet Crochet Bedspread or tablecloth measuring 82×84 inches. The center appears to have a battleship shooting a cannon. Along the edges are anchor and hour glass motifs in the filet crochet. In very good condition, a few spots, dirt scuffs. This textile was part of Laura Fisher’s estate. Laura Fisher was a New York based world renowned quilt expert, dealer and author, and in offering these textiles for sale we hope to honor her legacy of style and scholarship.
