Vintage blue taffeta party dress with belt, A-line figure, pleated/tucked bow-shaped bodice, spaghetti straps, , back zipper, possibly homemade, no tags, measurements while laying flat: 16 inch bust, 12 inch waist, 24 inches long from waist to hem, in very good condition, no issues noted.
