Edited 3/18 6:49 PM ET Elgin serial number 17548161 is a grade 291, 16 size, 7 jewels, made about 1914. Open faced movement (this applies to the movement, not the case the watch happens to be in). Three-quarter plate design. Pendent wind and set.
