Vintage folk art rug measuring 23.5 x 44 inches. Laura Fisher describes this as knitted tubes, hand applied to cotton ticking. Consistent red stripes with bursts of other blocks of color. In fair condition with wear and a couple of small holes, and dye migration on the back. This item was part of Laura Fisher’s estate. Laura Fisher was a New York based world renowned quilt expert, dealer and author, and in offering these textiles for sale we hope to honor her legacy of style and scholarship.
