Vintage c1950s Paragon Kit Quilt titled Colonial or Traditional in red cross stitch against a white ground. It measures 76×88 inches. Medallion Sunburst design in center with branches of leaves inside an oval shaped curving frame and corner motifs having a leaf on each side with two 5-petal flowers and two tulip shaped flowers inside. The center is framed by a decorative line and a vining border along the perimeter of the quilt with two types of flowers. It is hand embroidered and hand quilted, thin cotton batting, and a white cotton reverse. Family believes that this quilt was won at a church raffle in St Louis, Missouri. In fair condition with a couple of small spots, a small hole, and wear to the binding along the top and bottom. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures.
