Vintage c1940s Dahlia Star quilt measuring 79 x 81 inches, white with pink dahlia star in the center with beautiful feathered quilting motifs surrounding center star, surrounded by a 15 inch wide frame of white with pink repeated dahlia stars, with a 3 inch wide solid white frame, a 3 inch dogtooth pink and white frame on one sides and a 5 inch frame on other three sides and a 1.5 inch plain white cotton outer border. A white cotton reverse, a medium cotton batting, edge is finished with back brought to the front by machine, quilt is hand and machine pieced and hand quilted. From an estate in Haskell, NJ. In overall good condition with a faded spot and some overall fading to the pink. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
