Antique 19th century Trapunto or Boutis quilt, small in size possibly for a child, measuring 54 x 62 inches. Center medallion has initials undetermined within a feathered wreath with a stuffed work grid, birds, flowers, palm leaves, and an undulating leafy vine border. There are fans at each corner. It is finished with a hand embroidered broderie anglaise border on all four sides. The trim appears to have been applied by machine. All other work executed by hand. It is in good condition with some yellow spots and some splits to the trim. These items are from the estate of Laura Fisher. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures.
