2 antique Matelassé bedspreads includes one with corner cut outs for a poster bed, measures 83×87 inches with Rococo scrolls and flowers in there center, an inner border of morning glory flowers, and an out borders or small crosses. There are small holes around the entire perimeter, possibly for a ribbon to be woven through it. It is in fair condition with large spots, storage discoloration, and a small area of wear. The second one has more depth because of the trapunto. It measures 70x 81 inches. I believe it has been altered because of the side hems. This bedspread has a field of roses and an inner border with a variety of different flowers, and a diagonal check outer border. Also in fair condition because of the large spots and storage discolorations. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
