I believe this vintage textile is a small rug or runner, it measures 24.5×68 inches. Densely woven ground with black and red wool embroidery with figures along the short sides black and red floral motifs in the center, and mountain peaks with zig zags along the borders. I am unable to date or designate an origin for the piece. It is in good condition, some wool is pulled. Would also look lovely hanging on a wall or sitting on a table.
