Antique c1870 On Point 9 Patch in a Strippy or Bars Arrangement measuring 56×95 inches. Comprised 4 rows of on point 9 patch blocks, each row has 11 blocks. And separated by 7 inch wide madder brown print strips. The was probably intended to be wider. One may question why the quilter stopped and this is unfinished. The quilted made some of her blocks smaller and resulted in the one row being 4 inches shorter. I can just see her frustration, throwing her hands up, and giving up on this quilt! It is hand pieced. It is just a top with no batting, backing, or quilting. In very good condition with only minor spots. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
