Antique c1900 Redwork Tied Summer Quilt measuring 62 x 72 inches with an additional 1.5 inch bobbin lace on three sides. Comprised of 42 blocks, measuring about 10.5 x 10.5 inches, set straight 6 by 7 with no borders. Each block features a large center motif that includes florals, botanicals, birds and children, with many of the blocks having additional small elements hand embroider in the block corners. It is hand pieced, hand embroidered and hand tied. Bobbin lace is applied by hand as well. There is no batting. The reverse is a white cotton solid. It is in good condition with a few small spots. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
