This skirt and blouse appear to made from c1940s dress fabrics in a patchwork style, very Bohemian. The skirt has a drawstring to it is adjustable, and the blouse is about a size medium. The blouse has a black filet lace neck on front and back. It is in good condition, I notice one seam coming undone on the skirt. The blouse has splits seams under the armpits.
