Vintage 1970 crazy quilt measuring 77" x 97", organized into 16 sections, about 19" x 23", set straight 4 x 4. Most of the shapes are rectangles, triangles, and squares with improvisational layout. Fabrics are mostly red, green, yellow, black, and beige solids, a few psychedelic prints, and other floral and paisley prints. Fabrics are silks, satins, and polyester. They are hand appliqued and hand embroidered onto a muslin ground. Tag says made by "Lilah Ridgeway from Middletown, Virginia 1970." There is no batting or quilting. It is in fair condition with some spots and fabric splitting. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
