Lot 91:
Vintage c1940s On Point 9 Patch Comfort Quilt measuring 69 x 75". It is comprised of 90 nine patch blocks, 5×5 inches, set on point, 9 by 10, with alternating red print squares, setting triangles, and 3" border. It is hand pieced and hand tied with red embroidery thread at 1.5" intervals. Thin cotton batting and a faux patchwork print or cheater print reverse. The cheater print was also used as an applied binding. There is a sleeve for hanging applied to one edge. It is in good condition with a few small spots. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
