Antique c1880 Turkey Tracks Quilt measuring 72×78″. This quilt is attributed to Margaret Jane Shafer Hoffman (10/7/1849 – 1/8/1906) from Union/Montgomery County PA, and later moved to Polo/Warren Illinois. Comprised of 16 Turkey Tracks Blocks, set on point, with pink print alternating squares and setting triangles. There is a green inner border, and pink print outer border. It is hand pieced, hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with a narrow green print applied binding. In good condition with a few small spots and some edge wear and a repair in one corner. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
