Antique c1890 Victorian Crazy Quilt measuring 66X 67″. It is arranged medallion style with an 11 x 10″ hand embroidered floral center within a 32 x 32″ crazy patchwork square. There are 12 crazy quilt blocks surrounding the center. It is hand pieced and hand embroidered with a wonderful assortment of silk, velvet, damask, brocade, and more fabrics. There are several botanical motifs and each seam is hand embroidered. There is a red cotton backing, no batting, and the edge is finished with a gray silk fabric. It is in fair condition with shattered silks throughout the textile, and the edge is deteriorated. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
