3 vintage black velvet cocktail hat includes a round hat with black long ostrich feathers and a white button by Strawbridge and Clothier, made in France. Also included is a black cocktail hat with 2 swirling feathers coming from rhinestone embellishments. And a black cocktail hat with folded points along the crown that are embellished with black beads, there is a bow in the back. There is an attached veil that is torn. Hat is by Zephyr, made in France. Please see all the photos for additional imperfections. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures.
