2 Antique 19th Century Wool Skirts or Petticoats. Includes a red and blue woven skirt, possibly linsey. It has a wide growth pleat. Collected from North Carolina. Constructed by hand. Measures laying flat 16" waist, 36" long. In good condition with a repair along the bottom hem, small holes, and missing one tie closure. Along with and olive/brown fine woven wool skirt with a red wool band, attached ruffle with wool briar stitching, red knitted lace ruffle, and blue crochet wool edging on the skirt body. Has a single button closure. Machine constructed. In very good condition. Waist 14", 35" long. Please see all the photos for additional imperfections.
