Antique Wire Framed Hoop Skirt – C. Consists of 2 metal tiers; fabric is white mesh, machine constructed. Hook and eye closures. In fair condition with several holes, discolorations and metal shanks coming through. Measures: waist 23" L 42" and 29" diameter bottom outer hoop.
