Antique 19th Century Cage Crinoline- F. Consists of 30 canvas wrapped wires; machine constructed. Front buckle closure. In poor condition with oxidation, discoloration, and spots, wear to canvas wrapping on wires discolorations and waist. Measures: waist 22" L 26" and 26" diameter bottom outer hoop.
