Antique c1870 Applique Rose Quilt measuring 77×78”. Comprised of 14 rose blocks 13×13”, set on point, 4×4, with solid white alternating squares and triangles. There is a 2" white outer border there is thin cotton batting and a thin cotton reverse, edge is finished with the back brought to the front and applied by hand. It is hand appliqued, hand pieced, and hand quilted. Lovely quilting on the quilt it is in good condition with some fading and yellow spots. There is a tag on one corner from the Western Pennsylvania Quilt Documentation Project BVR-0161. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
