Antique c1890 Red and White Broken Dishes Tied Quilt or comfort, measures 76×85”. Comprised of 724, 2.5” turkey red and off white half square triangles, set straight, 28×28 with a 4.5” red horizontal border. There is thin cotton batting, red cotton reverse with finished edge with the back brought to the front and applied by hand. Quilt is tied in a red perl cotton embroidery floss at each intersection and at the center of each white triangle. In poor condition with overall toning, spots, a small hole, unsewn seams, edge wear and a musty smell. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
