Vintage c1940s sailboat pattern quilt measuring 61″ x 81″. It is comprised if 12 sailboat blocks 14 1/2″ x 11″ set straight, 3×4, with 4″ horizontal white sashing and an 8 1/2″ blue border. There is thin cotton batting and a floral print cotton sateen reverse. All the blue on front of quilt is cotton sateen as well. White appears to be plain cotton. Machine pieced and hand quilted. Edge is finished knife edge style by hand. It is in fair condition with several large and small spots, fading, and discoloration. Floral sateen on back is very faded. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
