Vintage c1960 Black Velvet Cap by Yves Saint Laurent. This dainty vintage hat features a black velvet body with a wide heavy gauge polka dot net veil attached with a once black satin ribbon with a back facing bow. The hat has a 21” diameter, 4” tall with an 11” long veil. In good condition. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
