Vintage c1940 Black Jersey Hat/Snood by Cesare Canessa. This classically 40’s hat/snood features a horseshoe shaped intertwined black velvet and black jersey knit cap with an attached ruched jersey knit snood to fully hold one’s hair within the hat. The hat was originally sold by Bonwit Teller Dept. Store. The small cap measures 5.5” wide by 6.5” high. In good condition. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
