Antique 1854 Hand Colored Fraktur – Bucks County PA measures 15 inches by 18 inches, framed. Printed and sold by Blumer, Bush & Co of Allentown, PA, this is a Certificate of Birth and Baptism for Mary Ellen Sigafoos, daughter of William Sigafoos and Sary Barbara. The previous owner has started to do genealogical research and has included that in the back of the frame. The proceeds to the sale of this piece is being donated to the Endowment Fund of the American Quilt Study Group. In good condition. The paper has some loss and foxing. The frame has some scuffs and loss to gold paint. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
