Antique 1840-1850s Oak Leaf and Reel Quilt measuring 72×90 inches. Consists of 20 blocks, set straight 4 by 5, and measuring about 16.6×17 inches. One border measuring 3.5 inches with appliqued leaves and flowers. I believe the yellow and green fabrics to be possibly English. This cotton batting and off white cotton reverse. Edge is finished with the back being brought to the front, and applied by hand, only 1/8 inch wide. It is hand appliqued, hand pieced, and sparsely hand quilted. In good condition with minor fabric deterioration, small marks, and some fading. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Depending on how many lots we can pack, it may cost an additional $5.
