Antique c1860s Black Silk Dress is one piece. It has pagoda sleeves, wood covered buttons, but closes with hook and eyes behind them. There is an extra piece that goes around the waist (please see the photographs on the hanger). The silk edging was cut with a punch for embellishment. It is constructed by hand and machine. And is lined in a brown cotton fabric. It is displayed on child mannequin body. Measures laying flat 15" bust, 11" waist, 21" arms, 40" long from waist to hem. The silk is shattering and splitting and is very fragile. The cording is also coming undone around the collar. Please see all the photos for additional imperfections.
