Vintage C1940s Tiger Lily Quilt Measuring 45 by 67 inches. It is comprised of 6 blocks, 14 by 14 inches, set straight, 2 by 3, with a triple strip sashing and border 5 1/2 inches wide. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, hand embroidered, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and off white cotton reverse; the edge is finished with a pink solid binding. It is in good condition with several small spots and conservation is noted. Conservation was professionally well done. Very unique to see a Tigerlily flower in a quilt.
