These measurements are adjustable to some degree with lacing along the back. The company, Gaelyn and Cianfarani, was in business for a few years (closed in 2006) and had runway shows and lots of press . Their designs on the runway were copied by many designers, including Jean Paul Gaultier. It is in good condition with minor scuffs and marks. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
