Vintage c1960 Purple Velvet Toque Hat by Sally Vielon. This fun toque style soft body cap features a soft red felt body fully covered in fine purple velvet with an elasticized headband and purple grosgrain bow detail. The hat has a 6” high crown and a 23.5” diameter. In good condition with light fading to the purple velvet and discoloration and fading to the once red interior grosgrain ribbon band.
