Vintage c1960 Navy Blue Velvet Domed Hat by Ruby Art. This bold domed hat makes quite the impression with its structured wool felt body covered in fine navy blue velvet and white leather front crossing band. The hat has a 21” diameter, 1 1/4” tapered white leather band, and is 4.5” high. In good condition with light makeup stains to the inner grosgrain band. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
