Vintage Quilt – Grandmothers Engagement Ring pattern by Mountain Mist with a variation, the addition of the rectangles. C1940s. Measures 64 inches by 74 inches. Fabulous aqua color! Not very common. Hand pieced and hand quilted in a Baptist fan overall motif. Possibly a Southern Quilt. Medium loft cotton batting and white cotton backing. Edges are finished by an applied binding on 3 sides, and knife edge finished on the fourth side.
